Located at the base of the Magdalena Mountains, Highland Springs Ranch is a land rich in beauty. As the name suggests, this land offers gently sculpted and scenic vistas with a year round temperate climate. The ranch, along with the 350,000 acre Armendaris Ranch owned by America's largest land owner, Ted Turner, is part of the original Pedro Armendaris Land Grant deeded by the King of Spain in 1819. The property is 23 miles south of the City of Socorro and is easily accessible from Interstate 25, which runs down the central part of New Mexico along the Rio Grande River.
